Shipping & Delivery

Henredon & Schoener Home Delivery - We offer home delivery within the Greater Seattle Area for a one hundred dollar delivery and installation fee. If deliveries are to occur outside of the Greater Seattle Area a delivery and installation quote will be provided. Once your merchandise arrives in our warehouse, our support team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.  If you need to reschedule your delivery date, please contact our support team at 425-462-6601no later than 2 days prior to your established delivery date. Our team of installation professionals will ensure that your purchase and your home are treated with extreme care and will unwrap, assemble any necessary items, place products in any location desired, and remove any and all packaging products.

Ship Outs and Drop Ships - For deliveries outside of our established delivery area, Henredon & Schoener uses outside shipping companies that are experienced in furniture delivery. All merchandise needs to be paid in full before leaving our warehouse or leaving the manufacturer for drop shipment. All products shipped from our warehouse will be thoroughly inspected before packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise for damage prior to signing delivery receipts. Drop shipment charges are covered by Henredon & Schoener, but the customer is responsible for receiving fees and any home delivery charges.

Fitting In Your Home - For clients in our local area our design associates will work with you to ensure that you have selected appropriate scale products for your home or office. For clients that are located outside of our local area our design associates will assist you in selecting the appropriate scale, but will not be held responsible for items that do not fit through doorways, elevators or stairways into your household. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure products will fit into the desired location. Outside shipping drivers will NOT take furniture back to our warehouse that doesn’t fit into your home or office.

Customer Pick-Ups - Any items can be picked up from Will Call at Lincoln Square or our warehouse facility when arrangements have been made in advance. It is the responsibility of the customer to bring proper protection and means of securing products in or on your vehicle. Make sure your vehicle is large enough to hold your purchase. It is the customer's responsibility for safe transportation once the products have been loaded into your vehicle. Henredon & Schoener does not claim responsibility for damages that occur to any items that are picked up at one of our locations.

UPS Shipments - Henredon & Schoener inspects all items and takes extreme care when packing items to be shipped via UPS. Please inspect your package for damage as soon as it arrives. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please contact Henredon & Schoener within 48 hours of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the original shipping box and any packaging materials for UPS to inspect in the case of a claim. Henredon & Schoener will not be held accountable, and no returns will be accepted for shipping damages if not notified within 48 hours and if shipping materials are not available for UPS to inspect their condition.

Return Policy

Henredon & Schoener offers high end products with an emphasis on luxury service to ensure you are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with any of our products our design team and support staff will work to come to a reasonable and swift resolution. Any products that have been purchased off our floor may be returned for a full refund if they are returned in their original condition within 15 days. Customers are responsible for all costs and arrangements of any and all returned merchandise.

Special orders and custom goods are non refundable, but may be exchanged for store credit.

Henredon & Schoener is committed to resolve any product issues or concerns you may have with your purchase and will address each issue on an individual basis.

Henredon & Schoener uses approved shipping carriers for delivery outside of our immediate delivery area. Merchandise shipping from our location is carefully inspected prior to being packaged for shipment. Shipping claims must be settled with the delivered carrier. Henredon & Schoener will assist you with necessary documentation and any other customer support needed to support your claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect shipments upon receipt and document any damages on shipping paperwork, and preferably capture all damages with digital images. Please inspect all merchandise for damage before signing delivery paperwork. All returns must be made at your shipping and transport expense. Henredon & Schoener does not arrange or pay for returns. Please send all returns to the address listed below.

Any merchandise that is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer is not returnable or exchangeable.

Warranty

Satisfaction Agreement - We specify in quality, unique products and if any of our products do not exceed your expectations, we will take the appropriate measures to ensure your satisfaction.

Natural Products - Color and grain variations are natural characteristics of wood, stone, and glass products. No two products will ever be exactly alike. Therefore, we cannot ensure exact matching of related products or floor samples.

Fabrics and Leathers - Fabrics are subject to multiple inspections to ensure the finest quality. Styles that are ordered at different times may vary in color due to different dye lots. Leather is also a natural product and may vary slightly from samples and styles ordered at a different time due the variations in dye lots. Most of the leather products Henredon & Schoener carries are pure aniline dyed which keep the natural imperfections of the hides.

Caring For Your Upholstery and Natural Wood Products - Regardless of the furniture, continued direct sunlight can fade and damage any fabric, leather, or wood product. These damages can occur in a surprisingly short period. Fabrics and Leathers are only warrantied for one year to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects present and such limited warranty is subject to certain manufacturer imposed restrictions. Please follow all care instructions associated with your selected products. Please contact us for any questions regarding cleaning and caring for your products.

Privacy Policy
Henredon & Schoener is committed to respecting your privacy and acknowledges individual concerns about personal information that may be asked of you. Henredon & Schoener may ask for personal information such as your name, address, and contact information may be asked for the sole purpose of serving you better as a valued customer. When you place an order with Henredon & Schoener we will need to get in contact with you to update you about your status or alert you of any changes, and to inform you of any delivery charges that may apply to your address. We want to keep you as informed as possible and having this information is important to serve you to our best ability.

If you are not special ordering, it is not necessary to provide us with this information if you do not feel comfortable, but it will save you time and energy in the case that a return may happen.

Henredon & Schoener does accept credit card payments over the phone and after the transaction is complete the credit card number will be disposed of properly.
